To use PokerOS, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are under the age of 18. You also confirm that your use of PokerOS complies with any and all local and national laws in your area. By using PokerOS, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access the features of PokerOS, you must register and provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate registration at our discretion.
You agree to use PokerOS for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You acknowledge that PokerOS is intended for offline review and studying purposes only and should not be used to provide real-time assistance during live gameplay. Any use of PokerOS to gain an unfair advantage or cheat during gameplay is strictly prohibited. By using PokerOS, you agree to abide by fair usage policies and acknowledge that any misuse or violation may result in termination of your access to the platform.
While we generally maintain a no-refund policy, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant consideration for refunds. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@mypokeros.com with your request. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will make our best effort to address your concerns fairly and equitably.
You retain ownership of any content you submit while using PokerOS. By “content”, we mean any user-generated content such as comments, reviews, and forum posts. By submitting content, you grant PokerOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
PokerOS provides the platform on an “as is” basis and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. We make no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of PokerOS.
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using PokerOS, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to adhere to a code of conduct while using PokerOS. Any form of harassment, offensive language, cheating, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your access to the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the province of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that achieves the original intent of the Terms to the fullest extent possible.
